4.7. Offline play: Offline play is a feature of the game and may occur during the Tournament. We strongly recommend that you play online at all times during the Tournament. We cannot guarantee that your Tournament scores or your position in the Tournament Leaderboard (as defined in section 5.3 below) will be accurately recorded or received if you play offline. You expressly acknowledge and agree that playing offline in any manner may cause disruption to your CCS game, your Tournament scores (including but not limited to any applicable bonus or multiplier), the number of blue in-game candies (“Candies”) collected, your Tournament Leaderboard position, or any other aspect in relation to your participation in the Tournament. In addition, restarting your game while playing offline may result in loss of all scores or points collected while playing offline. You agree that King is not liable for any data loss resulting from your offline play, and we will not restore any such data loss to your gameplay or King Account.
4.8. Merging accounts: We strongly recommend that you do not merge your Facebook, Apple, or any other third party-connected account with any King Account while participating in the Tournament. You agree that King is not liable for any loss resulting from you merging your King Account, and we will not restore any such loss to your gameplay or King Account.
4.9. 4.10. Costs: Participants do not have to pay to enter the Tournament. No in-game purchases are required or necessary to take part in the Tournament. However, if they choose, Participants may opt to purchase in-game items or watch in-game advertisements we offer in order to receive in-game benefits. 5.2.1. Maximum limit caps: Please note that every gameround (i.e. each attempt at a level) is subject to a limit for the number of blue Candies that may be collected for that gameround. When this limit is reached, this will be as indicated in-game. Participants cannot collect more blue Candies than the maximum limit per gameround. Any attempt to circumvent this maximum score cap may be deemed unfair play under section 4.6 above.
5.3. Stats: Participants’ collected blue Candies score will be displayed in CCS in a Tournament leaderboard of up to 99 other Participants during Stages 1 – 6 (“Tournament Leaderboard”). Various Stages may have different Tournament Leaderboard sizes. Additionally, Participants acknowledge that there are multiple Tournament Leaderboards being played simultaneously per Stage throughout the Tournament. The number of Tournament Leaderboards for each Stage will depend on the number of Participants competing at each Stage. The overall number of Participants in the Tournament may be substantial and will not be reflected in your individual Tournament Leaderboard. As a result, Participants who complete the win conditions (see below) from other Tournament Leaderboards may, in addition to you, also progress to the next Stage.

King does not guarantee the continued availability of any such features for the duration of the Tournament.
5.5. Win Conditions: Subject to King’s sole and absolute discretion, the final score on the Tournament Leaderboard at the close of each Stage will determine which Participants shall pass to the next Stage of the Tournament. King reserves the right, acting reasonably, to select Participants from Stage 6 to be an In-Game Winner (as defined below), in each case for reasons such as but not limited to if Participants are unavailable to participate in the Tournament and/or the Live Final, more Participants are needed to take part in the Live Final (for example, if we disqualify Participants due to breaches of these All Stars Rules), or a Participant does not meet the criteria as outlined in these All Stars rules, including without limitation sections 3.2.1 or 6.3.

In-Game Winners will be notified after the end of the Final Knockouts Round 3 whether they are eligible for the Prize. Please note this process may take some time, as we thoroughly review the relevant Participants and their game play for safety and security purposes.

6.9 Standby In-Game Winner: At our sole discretion, we may (but are not obliged to) select up to one standby player (the “Standby In-Game Winner”) from the pool of Participants who placed second-highest in their respective Tournament Leaderboards during Stage 6 (Final Knockouts Round 3). The selection will be based on the highest and valid numerical score among all second-highest scores across all Stage 6 Tournament Leaderboards. If for any reason we are unable to select from those scores, acting reasonably, King may select a Standby In-Game Winner from other ranks in descending order. The Standby In-Game Winner will be offered:

As a condition of being a Standby In-Game Winner, they must:
6.9.1. Within the time period specified by King, accurately and completely submit a contact form providing contact details for themselves and their guest (first name, last name, phone number, email address, and address) and answer supplementary questions relating to the Live Final;

6.9.7. Agree to comply with any specific rules, terms, and conditions that apply to the Standby In-Game Winner during the Live Final Period, as communicated by King in writing; and
6.9.8. Adhere to all applicable requirements and obligations set out in these All Stars Rules that apply to In-Game Winners, should they become an In-Game Winner and/or be invited to participate in the Live Final.
6.9.9. Notwithstanding any other provision of these All Stars Rules, King is not obliged to select a Standby In-Game Winner at any point.
7.1. Investigation of and Right to Monitor Compliance: To preserve the integrity of the Tournament, King will have the right to monitor compliance with these All Stars Rules and at their sole discretion investigate possible breaches of these All Stars Rules (which may include, without limitation, reviewing, monitoring, and collecting gameplay data about Participants). Please see our Privacy Policy and in particular the section ‘Playing our Games’ for more information on how we handle your personal information. Participants agree to cooperate with King in any such investigation. The failure by a Participant to cooperate with King is itself a violation of these All Stars Rules.
7.2. Subjection to Penalty: If we reasonably believe a Participant has violated any aspect of these All Stars Rules, we may subject a Participant to discipline, including, but not limited to Tournament round/Stage forfeitures, Prize forfeitures, fines, disqualification/removal from the Tournament and legal claims. The nature and extent of penalties imposed will be determined by King in its sole discretion. All decisions of King regarding violations of All Stars Rules or other issues regarding the Tournament, are final.
8.1. Subject to applicable local laws, and except in any countries where the grant of rights in this clause would be treated as payment or other consideration, by accepting these All Stars Rules and participating in the Tournament, each Participant grants King and its Affiliates a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid-up licence (with the right to sublicense) to reproduce, display, modify, publish, store, host, distribute, promote and otherwise use the Participant’s:
name and usernames (including King Player Account and Facebook usernames),
initials, likeness, image, photograph, avatar, animation, autograph, voice, video or film portrayal,
logos, trade or service marks, copyrighted material,
public persona, gameplay data and statistics, and

including the right to create derivative works of the above (together, the “Participant Materials”).
The Participant Materials may be used in any media now known or later developed, on any platform and by any means of distribution, including (without limitation) King’s or its Affiliates’ owned or operated channels, promotional emails, social media, third-party platforms, print and digital advertising, billboards, displays, television and radio.
King may use the Participant Materials for the following purposes (together, the “Advertising and Commercial Materials”):
the promotion, display, broadcast or distribution (live or delayed, in whole or in part) of the Tournament and/or the Live Final;
the marketing and promotion of the Tournament, King, its Affiliates and their respective products;
King’s internal use and internal communications; and

For the purposes of these All Stars Rules, “Affiliate” means any entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with King, where “control” means ownership of more than 50% of the relevant entity’s share capital or voting rights.
8.2. By accepting these All Stars Rules, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each Participant waives and agrees not to assert:
any right to review or approve the Advertising and Commercial Materials; and
any moral rights or similar rights (to the extent they exist under applicable law) in connection with the Advertising and Commercial Materials, or with the Participant’s participation in the Tournament or any King-related events.
Nothing in these All Stars Rules obliges King to exercise or make use of any of the rights or licences granted under them.
8.3. Participants have the right to withdraw their consent to being included in the Participant Materials any time by contacting us via this email address: queries@support.king.com. In such a case, King will (as soon as reasonably practicable) cease the use of the Participant Material relating to that Participant. However, please note that King cannot always control the use of Participant Materials which have been already published or disseminated, therefore King reserves the right not to interrupt any uses of the Participant Material already in place at the time of withdrawal of consent to the extent that such interruption would involve a disproportionate effort on the part of King.
8.4 Notwithstanding any other provision of these All Stars Rules, by entering and participating in the Tournament, each Participant acknowledges and agrees that King may use the Participant’s name, username, likeness, player ID, gameplay data, ranking, results and prize status for the purposes of administering, operating and documenting the Tournament.
This includes, without limitation:
verifying eligibility and compliance with these All Stars Rules;
operating leaderboards and publishing rankings and results (including interim and final standings);
announcing, reporting, publicising and confirming winners and prize recipients;
awarding and delivering prizes;
responding to regulatory, audit or legal requirements; and
ensuring the integrity, security and proper administration of the Tournament.
Such uses are intrinsic to participation in the Tournament and form part of the contractual framework between King and the Participant. Accordingly, these uses do not depend on, and are separate from, the licence granted in Clause 8.1. Where required by applicable law, King may publish the surname and country of major prize winners and, if applicable, provide such information to regulators or individuals requesting confirmation of the award of a valid prize.
Nothing in Clause 8.3 (Withdrawal of Consent) shall prevent King from continuing to use Participant information to the extent necessary for the legitimate administration, operation, record-keeping and compliance obligations of the Tournament.
9.1. The data controller for all personally identifiable information or personal data that we collect about you as described in these All Stars Rules in relation to the Tournament is King.com Ltd. King and its Affiliates shall collect, process, use and share your personal information for the purposes of administering the Tournament and these All Stars Rules and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you do not wish to read and acknowledge our Privacy Policy, you should not participate in the Tournament. King will ensure that it will comply in all material respects with all applicable data protection laws. By accepting these All Stars Rules, each Participant is deemed to have read and acknowledged King’s Privacy Policy.
9.2 In order to comply with applicable law, we may be required to disclose In-Game Winners’ usernames and/or first name initials and surnames. By participating in the Tournament, you agree that these details may be disclosed as necessary under applicable law.
10.1. As a condition of participating in the Tournament and to the greatest extent permitted by the applicable laws and regulations, each Participant agrees to release and hold harmless King and its parents, subsidiaries, and Affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and other representatives (“Released Parties”) from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with their participation in the Tournament or delivery, mis-delivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use any Prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort, warranty or other theory. This paragraph shall not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded as a matter of law.
10.2. To the greatest extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, King assumes no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any communications network, computer systems, servers, software, Internet service providers, or e-mail systems; failure of any entry or score from being received or recorded on account of technical problems or incomplete, late, lost, damaged, illegible or misdirected electronic communications; or any combination thereof, including damage to entrants' or anyone else's computer equipment related to or resulting from participation or downloading of any materials in this Tournament. In the event of such issues, King reserves the right to recommence, or reset the Tournament or any stage thereof in its sole discretion.
10.3 To the greatest extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, King shall not be liable to Participants for any delay or non-performance of its obligations resulting from acts, events omissions or accidents beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, strikes, lock-outs or other industrial disputes, failure of a utility service or transport or telecommunications network, act of God, war, riot, pandemic, epidemic, civil compliance with any law or government order, rule, regulation or direction, fire, flood or storm (a “Force Majeure Event”), provided that King shall: (a) notify the affected Participants of the Force Majeure event as soon as reasonably practicable; (b) take commercially reasonable steps to mitigate the impact of the Force Majeure Event; and (c) use commercially reasonable endeavours to recommence its affected operations in order for it to perform its obligations.
11.1. Please read these All Stars Rules carefully, including (without limitation) Section 5, for information about how the Tournament operates. Most concerns can be handled quickly by contacting us here (https://soporto.king.com/?type=help_center).
11.2. If you are resident in the United States, please see section 12 below.
11.3. In the unlikely event that we cannot solve your concern and you wish to bring legal action against us, the provisions of section 13 below will apply.
READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT MAY SIGNIFICANTLY AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING WAIVING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT OR TO PURSUE CLAIMS IN A CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY.
12.1. Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver If You Live in The United States. We hope we never have a dispute, but if we do, you and we agree as a condition precedent to try for 60 days, upon receipt of a Notice of Dispute (as defined below in section 12.3), to resolve it informally in good faith. If we can’t, you and we agree to binding individual arbitration before the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under the Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”), and not to sue in court in front of a judge or jury. Instead, a neutral arbitrator will decide and the arbitrator’s decision will be final except for a limited right of review under the FAA. To the fullest extent permitted by law, class action lawsuits, class-wide arbitrations, private attorney-general actions, requests for public injunctions, and any other proceeding or request for relief where someone acts in a representative capacity aren’t allowed. Except as provided in 12.5.2, there will be no combining individual proceedings without the consent of all parties.
12.2. Disputes Covered—Everything Except IP. The term "dispute" is as broad as it can be. It includes any claim or controversy between you and us that in any way relates to or arises from any aspect of our relationship, including, without limitation, your engagement or attempted engagement with the Tournament, all marketing related to the Tournament, and all matters relating to or arising from these All Stars Rules, including any disputes over the validity or enforceability of these All Stars Rules to arbitrate, under any legal theory including contract, warranty, tort, statute, or regulation, except disputes relating to the enforcement or validity of your, your licensors’, our, or our licensors’ intellectual property rights.
12.3. Send a Notice of Dispute Before Arbitration. If King has a dispute with you, it will send notice of that dispute to the email address you have provided to us. If you have a dispute with King that our Player Support team can’t resolve and you wish to pursue arbitration, you must first notify us in writing at the following email address: queries@support.king.com, using the subject line “Notice of Dispute.” Your notice of dispute must be individual to you and must include, as applicable, your name, the email address associated with your King Account, and your residential address. The notice of dispute also must describe the dispute, explain the facts of the dispute as you understand them, and tell King what you want us to do to resolve the problem. This Notice of Dispute is a prerequisite to initiating any arbitration. Any applicable statute of limitations will be tolled from the date of a properly submitted individualized Notice of Dispute through the first date on which an arbitration may properly be filed under this section 12.
12.4. Small Claims Court Option. Instead of sending a Notice of Dispute, either you or we may sue the other party in small claims court seeking only individualized relief, so long as the action meets the small claims court’s requirements and remains an individual action seeking individualized relief. The small claims court must be in your county of residence (or, if a business, your principal place of business). If an arbitration is filed, before the arbitrator is formally appointed, either party can send written notice to the opposing party and the applicable arbitration provider that it wants the case decided by a small claims court, after which the arbitration provider may close the case. You agree that discovery in Small Claims court will be strictly limited to that necessary to resolve your individual claim.
12.5. Arbitration Procedure. The AAA will conduct any arbitration under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. For more information, see www.adr.org. This section 12 and these All Stars Rules govern to the extent they conflict with any applicable AAA rules. To initiate an arbitration, submit the Demand for Arbitration form available here (https://www.adr.org/media/dtyinha2/consumer_demand_for_arbitration_form_3.pdf) to the AAA and email a copy to queries@support.king.com. The form must contain information that is specific to you and your claim. In a dispute involving $25,000 or less, any hearing will be telephonic or by videoconference unless the arbitrator finds good cause to hold an in-person hearing instead. The parties may bring any dispositive motion or motions during the course of the proceedings. You agree that discovery in arbitration court will be strictly limited to that necessary to resolve your individual claim. Any in-person hearing will take place in your county of residence (or, if a business, your principal place of business) or in the country where the Dispute arose (if different than your country of residence), whichever you elect. The arbitrator may award the same damages to you individually as a court could. The arbitrator may award declaratory or injunctive relief only to you individually to satisfy your individual claim, but not relief that would affect non-parties.
12.5.1. The arbitrator rules on all arbitrability issues, including scope, validity and enforceability of this arbitration agreement, except that a court has exclusive authority: (i) to decide whether the parties have complied with the pre-arbitration requirements (including the individualized Notice of Dispute and Demand for Arbitration form); (ii) to enforce the prohibition on class, representative, private attorney-general, or combined actions or proceedings, or on public injunctive relief in arbitration; and (iii) to enjoin an arbitration from proceeding if it does not comply with this section 12.
12.5.2. If your Notice of Dispute involves claims similar to those of at least 24 other customers, and if you and those other customers are represented by the same lawyers, or by lawyers who are coordinating with each other, you and we agree that these claims will be “Related Cases.” Related Cases will be governed by the AAA’s Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules, as modified by these All Stars Rules. For more information, see https://www.adr.org/mass-arbitration or call 1-800-778-7879. To the extent permitted by law, related cases may only be filed in batches of up to 50 individual arbitrations at a time, and those individual arbitrations will be resolved in the following manner: (i) for the first batch, each side may select up to 25 of these Related Cases to be filed and resolved in individual arbitrations under this section 12; (ii) none of the other Related Cases may be filed or prosecuted in arbitration until the first batch of up to 50 individual arbitrations is resolved; and (iii) if, after that first batch, the parties are unable to informally resolve the remaining Related Cases, a second batch of Related Cases may be filed, where each side may select up to 25 of the Related Cases to be resolved in individual arbitrations under this section 12. This process of batched individual arbitrations will continue until the parties resolve all Related Cases informally or through individual arbitrations, or unless AAA or an arbitrator appointed by AAA directs otherwise following arbitration of the second batch of Related Cases. A court has exclusive authority to enjoin the filing or prosecution of arbitrations that do not comply with this paragraph.
12.6. Arbitration Fees and Payments
12.6.1. The AAA rules will govern payment of filing fees and the AAA’s and arbitrator’s fees and expenses. If an arbitrator determines that Your Dispute was frivolous, brought for harassment or an improper purpose, brought in bad faith, or otherwise violated the standards of Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11(b) or 28 U.S.C. § 1927, the arbitrator shall require the party or party’s counsel to pay for the filing fees and the AAA’s and arbitrator’s fees and expenses, unless prohibited by law. You agree to reimburse King for any and all reasonable attorney’s fees incurred to enforce the terms of these All Stars Rules.
12.7. Opting Out/Rejecting Future Arbitration Changes. You may opt out of arbitration under this section 12 by personally signing and sending us notice within 30 days from the date you first access the Tournament, in each case by email to queries@support.king.com.
12.8. If, after exhaustion of all appeals, any part of this section 12 is found to be unenforceable as to any claim or request for a remedy, then the parties agree to arbitrate all claims and remedies subject to arbitration before litigating in court any remaining claims or remedies (such as a request for a public injunction remedy, in which case the arbitrator issues an award on liability and individual relief before a court considers that request). Otherwise, if any other part of this section 12 is found to be unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect (with an arbitration award issued before any court proceeding begins).
12.9. The provisions of this section 12 will govern, control, and supersede, any inconsistent provisions of these All Stars Rules, any previous versions of these All Stars Rules, or any terms or conditions of any agreement that incorporates these All Stars Rules or is incorporated by these All Stars Rules.
13.1. Except for section 12, section 13.2 and section 13.3, and unless the law of your country of residence states otherwise, the laws of England and Wales will govern the interpretation of these All Stars Rules and apply to claims for breach of it. If there is a dispute between us regarding these All Stars Rules, then that dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England unless otherwise required by law. If you are resident in a member state of the European Union, you also enjoy the protection of the mandatory provisions of the consumer protection laws in your member state.
13.2. For residents in the United States: You and we irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of state or federal courts in Orange County, California to resolve any claims that are subject to exceptions to the arbitration agreement described in section 12 above, or otherwise determined not to be arbitrable. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any claim or request for relief in a demand for arbitration filed pursuant to section 12 of these All Stars Rules, as well as any claim or request for relief in a lawsuit filed in court under an exception to the arbitration agreement in section 12, will be barred if filed more than one (1) year after the date that the claim or request for relief accrued. If the law requires a claim or request for relief be filed earlier than one (1) year after the claim or request for relief accrued, that law controls.
13.3. If you are a resident outside the United States and you are entitled to commence and/or participate in legal proceedings within the United States, then you agree that you will be bound by the BINDING ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER provisions in section 12 above.
14.1. King.com Ltd is the sole and exclusive promoter of the Tournament and no other third party (including Apple or any other platform) is responsible for the legal operation of the Tournament. The Tournament is not sponsored and/or endorsed by Apple or any other platform unless expressly mentioned in these All Stars Rules.
14 .2. If any provision of these All Stars Rules is found to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that provision shall be treated as such in that jurisdiction only. This will not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining provisions in that jurisdiction, nor the validity or enforceability of that or any other provision in any other jurisdiction.
These All Stars Rules were last updated on 26 February 2026.
